"Personal Information" refers to information that can identify a specific individual, such as name, address, phone number, or email address.
To provide, operate, and improve the Service, the Developer collects the following information:
The Service does not send or store videos in your photo library, imported video files, or per-video settings (clips, drawings, playback speed, etc.) on the Developer's servers. All such data is stored only on the user's device.
The Service accesses the device's photo library to list and play videos. This access requires the user's permission, which can be changed at any time in the device settings. Videos and photos in the photo library are never transmitted outside the device.
Some features of the Service (Pro features) are offered as a subscription or one-time purchase plan, and payments are processed through the Apple App Store. The Developer does not collect payment information such as credit card numbers. To manage subscription status, purchase information (purchase history, entitlement status, etc.) is processed by a purchase-management service (RevenueCat).

The Developer will not provide Personal Information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law.
When a user requests disclosure, correction, or deletion of their Personal Information, the Developer will respond promptly within a reasonable scope.
This Policy may be changed without prior notice to users.
